Cascade Home Watch was founded by Ben Piper, Bellevue resident, 12+ year HOA Board Member, and former City of Bellevue Commissioner. As a parent, child welfare advocate, and active parishioner at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Medina, Ben brings deep roots and a strong sense of civic responsibility to the work.
Cascade Home Watch was created in response to a growing need: across the Eastside, high-value homes are often left unattended for long stretches with too few trusted professionals available to monitor them.
